As a premier provider of Indoor & Outdoor Fitness services, my goal is to offer   the very best One on One, Buddy, or Group, fitness training in the business.  

The quality of service I offer is based on best practices, so my standards are    kept to the highest level.  

My goal is to always deliver personal, customized, and unique workouts.  The workouts are designed around the client, fitness level, gender, age, lifestyle and individuality.  I want you, my valued customer, to be happy.

All guest seeking Personal Training services must complete a  60- minute Consultation, Assessment, and Fitness Evaluation. Consultation Fee ($125/hr) additonal fee for extended time.

This appointment is completed prior to committing to a fitness plan or contract.  You will receive a detailed report with an overview of your evaluation, results, and suggestions. Included in your report is a profile sheet with measurements and your BMI utilizing a skinfold caliper.  Every client is offered a customized program to fit their personal fitness needs & goals. 

**Personal Training fees can range from ($125 - $150) based on your needs, day/time of preferred training and location. (Studio, Outdoor or at-home services) packages are available.

Each 50 minute workout is designed to build and improve endurance, stability/balance, core strength, muscle tone, range of motion, overall strength, quickness, agility, weight loss / weight gain (if necessary), proper form and posture, confidence and motivation. 

Workouts include but are not limited to: Cardiovascular, Strength Training, Circuit Training, Conditioning, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Stretching, Resistance Training, Combo - Muscle and Cardio drills, and much more.  

I promise to take you to the highest level of fitness your body was intended for.  I remain at my client's side at all times, whether your running, jumping, or climbing stairs, I will be at your side to guarantee your Fitness and Health goals are met.

  2019 INDOOR BOOTCAMP SEASON

 INDOOR SEASON 11/2018 - 04/2019

CHECK IN 8:20A.M. (PLS. BE ON TIME)  

A one hour Group Indoor / Outdoor class which covers a full body workout.  With an Fitness level of 2 or 3, you can burn up 750 calories/hr..

Long and/or short distance and interval running on and off the track, inside the studio, terrain, trails, and grassy hills.  Boot Camp drills with or without weighted bars, dumbbells, battle rope, medicine ball, Bosu ball, stretch bands, sandbags, bungee cord weighted vest, tires, plyo-jump boxes, jump rope, and body bands.  Individual timed challenges, buddy and group challenges and drills.  Kickboxing and Cardiovascular group drills.

Indoor/Outdoor Boot Camp will improve heart and lung capacity, increase lean muscle mass, decrease body fat when done consistently for 6-12 weeks, relieve stress, and increase energy levels.  Whatever setting you choose, Boot Camp is a great way to shape up for the season.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Fitness N' Class offers traditional & non-traditional classes. Circuit training, Stretch & Flex, Extreme Ropes, Speed Ball (conditioning) H.I.T.T, Yoga sculpt, Yoga Core, breath & Beyond, Cardio Kickboxing (beginner to advance), R.I.P.P.E.D., Tabata Bootcamp, Ultimate Toning & Hard-Core ABS, Muscle Caos (low - high impact training utilizing all forms & styles), Indoor and Outdoor Boot Camp, Muscle Sweat Shop, Kids Fitness (ages 6-11) (offered in sessions of 6- 8 weeks during school year.   My workouts change in each class week to week with new moves, new music, and new styles.  I'll work hard to keep you motivated, educated about fitness, challenged and satisfied.
